CRIMEAN CANNONS - WHERE ARE THEY NOW?

Victoria Park/Bitts Park
Dacre Road
Carlisle
Cumbria
Great Britain
CA3 8UL

Victoria Park is part of the larger Bitts Park area of Carlisle and occupies land between the River Eden and the Castle. It was the first public park established 1893 in the city and is a peaceful haven only 800 metres from the City Centre

There were once four cannons surrounding the Victoria Monument. We are seeking confirmation as to their Crimean authenticity. The cannons are no longer in situ.
